OAD- you cant get your head around PER CAPITA SPENDING. If there are 600 more students, that is more revenue. Because you add 600 students does not mean your per capita spending has to go up. Per capita spending is a key performance indicator on efficiency.

If you double your per capita spending and your standardized test scores go down- you basically suck.

Floresville did a bond already in 2007 (63 million) for north wilson county growth & Floresville Per Capita spending is less then the state average.

You claim I just dont want to pay taxes- but im happy to pay taxes- I just dont want someone like you managing them. Someone that cant run an operation. And someone with Jerry's track record for delivering results does not impress me in the least bit.

In the private world- you get ahead by performing. If I went to my boss with bad sales, and told him he should give me a promotion because despite the bad sales I did manage to get new office space and nice chairs for the salespeople- you can bet your arse id be fired. At the end of the day its about managing your resources to achieve the best results-- and you cant show me that Jerry did that.
