ERCOT: electric reliability ? Maybe that should stand for electric regulatory council of Texas. Lately their Reliability has been questionable. I wonder how many of our dollars go toward funding a council that delivers about as much results as Amtrac and the Post Office. If Reliability is their stated goal why do Texans suffer "unexpected loss of production" at our power plants? Last winters cold spell may have caught them by surprise. I can allow for that BUT,, it gets hot in Texas every summer.
I suspect Reliability applies as much as Trust Fund does to the management of Social Security !!!
