 		 The following is a statement by Richard A. Viguerie, Chairman of ConservativeHQ.com, regarding the decision of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals that declared parts of Obamacare to be unconstitutional:

"The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has decided 2 -1 that Obamacare's mandate attempting to force individual Americans to buy federal government-approved health insurance is unconstitutional.

"This is a hopeful sign that at least some of the freedoms usurped by the passage of Obamacare will be restored without legislative action.
 
"It is still too early to tell what impact this ruling will have on the final outcome of the battle to protect Americans from Obamacare's oppressive regime of mandates and regulations.

"This ruling is one more reminder to Tea Party and conservative movement activists of the importance of the presidential power to appoint federal judges.  

"We need all three branches to hold the federal government within the constitutional limits set by our nation's founders, but federal judges are often the last resort to protecting constitutional freedoms when elected leaders show contempt for, or ignorance of, the Constitution."
