4th Generation Texan Sutherland Springs August 15, 2011 8:51am	"just wondering"...I don't even think that you have to buy liability insurance in Texas if you have a bond or cash to prove that you can and will cover any expenses associated with being liable in case you are responsible for an accident. The state mandate to get liability insurance has to do with protecting the 'other' party in an accident from financial losses or medical bills associated with an accident, NOT protecting the party at fault in an accident from financial loss or cover medical expenses.
