I remember all the commotion the bloggers made when the mayor went on a trip for a meeting in San Antonio. Last time, we had to stay in S. A.; everything was packed here, and most of S. A. Hotels were packed too. We had to stay at an expensive one, not by choice but for safety too. Also, when in a business meeting, one tries to blend in with the rest, maybe stay around the same places others are staying to be able to have opportunities to communicate better with others in your same field of work. I am not justifying actions, just merely trying to understand other factors while I work towards my conclusion. I lived in Austin, and some " mysterious" man started a fire in Perrys house, yall should have seen the ridiculous amounts he spent on fixing it, now he may be president.
