Jim Miller Floresville, TX August 21, 2011 4:58pm	Mr Mayor: "Daniel Tejada Yes sir ...we have an ongoing street maintenance plan ..financed by a 1/4 sales tax that the voters approved. 6 hours ago" It is a shame that this money is going into the General Fund. According to the budget presented by your City Manager it appears that in this Fiscal Year over $104,000 of this voter approved sales tax was NOT spent on street maintenance. As no account for deferred street maintenance has this credit one must assume that this voter approved sales tax went to cover many of the overages in the budget (i.e. Travel and Training for the Mayor and City Council)
