Jim Miller Floresville, TX August 23, 2011 12:13pm	Alvin: I just want to know where the money is? The Voters approved a 1/4% Sales Tax for the exclusive purpose of Streets Maintenance. This money has apparently dumped into the General Fund and its expenditures are distinctly questionable. 1. This Sales Tax Money should have unique accountability and not dumped into the General Fund where it can be used for other that its required purpose. 2. If there is excess in this Fund it should carry forward to fund future Street Maintenance. 3. Demanding accountability is right of the citizens, taxpayers and voters of Floresville.
