Mr. Mayor:

I just read today's paper. Page 2 "Councilman suggests freezes on hiring, pay increases"

Another solution discussed by the group was increasing the city's revenue, which would be through increasing it's property-tax rate.

Later in the same article "Tejada said he would like to see a very limited tax increase".

Hmmmm. Just before you turned off public access to your Facebook Page you posted that we could build your Sports center without Property Tax.
