The Marcelina Muse Dry Tank, TX August 29, 2011 11:46am	The folks at Halliburton are not fools. They saw what happened to the Del Monte plant in Crystal City some years ago when that city was run by the same types that are now running city hall in Floresville. No major company is going to locate in Floresville until a major house cleaning is done at city hall.
