>“If the tar sands are thrown into the mix, it is essentially game over.”

Assuming the other global-warming propaganda is true.. how will any of this rant stop the "game over?" The Chinese and Indians have already said they'll gladly take the tar sands if we don't, so no matter what the tar sands will be harvested. The only real question is - Do we want to get oil from a friendly neighbor, or continue to allow middle-east politics to kill our children? All the rest is just Al Gore's profiteering and hot air.

I'm sorry, but I'm really fed up with the MMGW's continual beating of this dead horse. The MIT results from over a decade ago show that CO2 concentration alone is not causing the problem. NASA's report from just last month shows the climate models are incorrect. Yet here we are, yet again treated to the same propaganda in a desperate attempt to keep the SCAM alive. As Goebbels so effectively said...

"If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State."

This is the exact stance that the Obama administration has taken from the start - repress dissent. No Virginia, it is *not* "Settled Science".

Perhaps, instead of focusing on MMGW, we might consider other PROVEN sources of global warming like our neighbor - you know, that bill ball of fire called the SUN which is heading to Solar Max in 2012/2013!
