Rock'n - couldn't agree more.

Senator Hutchison: What are you? Some kind of schizo? On one hand you tell us that we need to get rid of smothering government regulations on private enterprise and in the next breath you were pleased that the president included your BUILD Act, co-sponsored by Senator Kerry) as part of his jobs creation speech. You are feeding the (government can create jobs) lie!

Abolish the regulations on our private bankers, private enterprise companies, and state governments and let us go. My God, I sound like moses talking to the Pharoh ... "let my people go".

I respect many of the things you have done in the past, but right now it seems your mind and conservative spirit have literally died. It's time for you to go home and take a nap. Create space for someone with true constitutional principles and the backbone to argue them.

It's just too bad that you've forgotten about us. You know, the common man out here raising a family, making whatever living we can, and wanting the opportunity to pursue our happiness and fortunes on our own terms, whithout interference from you pseudo intellectuals.

P.S. As for your political statement that you are encouraged about the president's focus on hiring military personal or those out of work for over six months. Now, let me tell you the facts about the people (us) you no longer relate to. No businessman in his right mind is going to hire any new employee (military or non-military) for a miserable $4,000 tax that will only reap a reduction in his taxes of $400 on average, and pay that employee $25-30,000 per year with no foreseeable new business in the near future!

Senator, we are not quite as stupid out here as you politicians seem to want us to believe. We don't buy manure and think it's food.
