newguyntown floresville September 24, 2011 5:12pm	MR MILLER, THEN IF AN INJUNCTION COULD BE FILED COULDN'T FOLKS IN THE COMUNITY BAND TOGETHER LIKE A CLASS ACTION TYPE SCENARIO AND FILE SAID INJUNCTION, FOR THAT MATTER, IF THE PROPER PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, ARE TAX BILLS FROM THE CITY LEGAL, WOULD THEY HAVE TO BE PAID??? JUST WHITEBOARDING HERE BUT IT SEEMS SOME AUTHORITY FROM THE STATE OR A "TAXPAYER" FRIENDLY ATTORNEY WOULD ASSIST THE LOCAL COMMUNITY....... THKS FOR THE INFO.....
