Jim Miller Floresville, TX September 28, 2011 8:33am	A Tall Tale indeed. But by whom? These are the numbers reported in the City's Budget that is available on their website at: http://www.cityoffloresville.org/city-government/files/budget-proposed-2011-2012c.pdf It is these numbers that do not match the numbers reported by the Audits conducted by Malcolm Gulley for the FY 2008/2009 and FY 2009/2010. So.....who is telling this tale?
