"Commander in Chief in training"

I think with few exceptions, all Presidents have been more or less "in training". That's why they have the Joint Chiefs to advise them. It is comforting to know that Cain would actually listen to them.

It is obvious that the present Commander in Chief listens more to his political advisers and big union street thugs.
