 		 @Jane Addams...I firmly agree with you that it would've been prudent for the administration to have notified and or met with the staff to inform them of what was occurring. It would've been nice before the memo but if nothing else, immediately after the memo. but lack of communication with the staff and community is rampant at the district. When the Director of Finance can come to the Jr High, point her finger at the staff as she begins reaming them out over procedures THEY weren't following when in reality, they did follow the procedures as meted out by their supervisor, the Jr High Principal. An apology to the staff from the Director of Finance would be appropriate and the longer before it happens, the worse it will get. It takes a big person to admit they were wrong...stand up Director of Finance, find them 'balls' and apologize for jumping to unfounded conclusions and blaming staff for ultimately following the direction of their Principal. Woman up for crying out loud!
