Jim Miller Floresville, TX November 1, 2011 9:31am	The City, or should I say, the Mayor wants a Sports Complex! More importantly they plan to do it without voter approval. Come January 2012 King Danny will issue approximately 2.4 million dollars in Revenue Bonds. More Debt .... Great!!! Here are the truths from the City's and the 4A's audits: The General Fund of the City of Floresville in the past three fiscal years has operated at a net loss of $ 1,006,532.00 The Net Assets of the City of Floresville in the past three fiscal years have decreased by $ 662,466.00 The Total Long Term Debt of the Event Center is $7,014,680.00 Now they want to build a Sports Complex!! Do they know the definition of malfeasance? RECALL THEM ALL
