A couple of observations from last night's "workshop".

Daniel Tejada "This is a council workshop, we are not here to answer questions of the public".

Councilwoman Castillio "What is in this for the City?"

Councilman Gomez "It's the intangibles were looking for"

Not one single council member asked a question about how much is it going to cost; or where is the money coming from.

Not one single council member has asked a question about how are we going to pay for the needed sewer plant improvements, water improvements, or street improvements.

If I recall correctly, last year the Mayor stated that we needed a tax increase to pay for these needed improvements. But, now with the King Danny Sports Complex on the horizon these are no longer issues.
