Of course he would appeal. Give the "minorities-under dogs" whatever you want to call them a chance to have their true voices heard? Make everyone aware of the new aspects that can be held in Texas Government-that is NOT Republican run-GASP! The court did exactly what it was meant/appointed to do and that is it called out the State of Texas map drawers and their idea to keep silent the majority of Texas in the new census numbers. Imagine the State of Texas being a state that would violate a law in keeping the minority quit-GASP! Texas redrawers violated Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Both parties are guilty of doing this, Democrats did it when they had control and now Republicans are doing it. Funny how that works-but who is at real stake here? The people of Texas have changed and ALL politicans need to take note.
