Alvin Charmaine December 7, 2011 8:33am	SC clearly the term gets tossed around loosely, and mostly to cast a negative light. That said the word is being used incorrectly but the spirit of it has validity. The policies that lean towards government regulation, solutions, mgmt, versus encouraging private enterprise is a legitimate discussion. I favor private industry solutions to most everything, but clearly some regulation is needed. Striking that balance is where everyone struggles.
