The petition drive is going extremely well! As of late last week, our last count, we had well over 1/2 the required signatures. The City Charter allows for 45 days to acquire all the signatures and to turn them in to the City Secretary. Considering we are only on day 15, I believe that we are doing quite well.

It is our goal to have all the required signatures by Christmas and then turn the entire package over to our attorney for review (as the new lawyers hired by the City will be do the same once we turn it in) before turning all into the City Secretary by the end of the year.

Several yard signs have been distributed as well as a few larger fence signs. More are available here as well as bumper stickers.

The Mayor stated on his Facebook page today, regarding the Recall, "It's just beginning".

This has to be the understatement of year! As they dig in and fight the citizens, residents, taxpayers and voters of our city it only raises more questions. As more questions are raised more eyes begin looking. This will bring more dirt floating to the top! It is just the beginning, the beginning of the end!!
