To add to your comments Trooper - I don't understand why the council HIRED (with taxpayers money) a publicity and marketing firm????

What is the council marketing?

Publicity? What is the council publicizing?

What does a publicity and marketing firm have to do with the computer software problem?

NONE of this makes any sense. Another (very expensive) smoke and mirrow tactic.

Please, can one council member stand up and say enough of this insanity??? This really is a good time to step up - you will have protection at this point.

If in fact - three CPAs (that they hand picked) to do the audits missed this simple problem - that is a huge problem in of itself. ...
