 		 Jim, concerning the latest news release on dec 23 by the mayor... several questions
1.if the original manual numbers were generted in workshops,who worked on it,where is their work product,what trends and projections were used.minutes of workshops,if taken,when did these occur
2. if now a glitch has been found , when did the investigation into the glitch begin,when was it discovered,who discovered it, and when was it told to the city manager or council there was a problem..

maybe the folks who worked on the manual budget numbers as well as the heroes who discovered the glitch ought to be there sat to answer some of these questions....
