Alvin Charmaine January 4, 2012 3:02pm	Isn't it somebody's job to make sure that the software system has all the required updates? There surely is a document trail on the incode system to verify this neccessary upgrade was the cause, and was implemented. The company that makes the software is tyler technologies tylertech.com verifying what version of incode Floresville is using and when they upgraded, and what the ramifications of not upgrading in a timely manner is a very simple thing to do. Even if there was some mysterious upgrade issue- someone had to know an upgrade was needed. These firms don't just do it and leave you hanging. Someone should validate the Mayors story with the software vendor.
