- I believe I speak for most of the citizens that have seen (with their own eyes) the numbers on the budget - that there is a glaring descrepancy.

Our main purpose in joining in Saturday is to give the taxpayers a chance to see for themselves the mess the budget is in. ...
If we had not kept pressing - the budget would have stayed incorrect and Floresville had a real chance of bankrupcy - because they kept spending money based on a budget that is in the red.

The "Recall them All" came about because they continually dismissed us - told us to sit down and shut up. Jim and a few others kept trying to point out the problems in the budget and they refused to hear it. They had no intention of letting the mixed up numbers get out. Now, here we are.
This technique has worked for years with this crew. THIS IS INTIMIDATION. And it is a federal offence,(which will be addressed later) and some were not willing to let it slide. That is how we got here.

The real solution will be worked out in the courts, for there is a law suit in place.

This coming Saturday is to let the public see the FACTS - in black and white. It is for information. There is no vote getting or the need of approval of the public -

This will be answered in the courts - it looks like - because, so far - with several attempts - they can't get the job done.

So, there is not that much to get whipped up about on Saturday. It is just a "see for yourself" experience.

And the truth (again) is - you can agree or disagree - at this point it matters little - because of the law suit in place.

Our approach is one of Co-operation - not Competion. There is no personal venditta.

It is good to have transparency on both sides. We don't want to tear our community apart. Simply correct the books so we know where Floresville stands financially before we start spending more money on a Sports Center.
