newguyntown floresville January 7, 2012 2:30pm	Sounds interesting,,hope someone recorded or videotaped this soiree... jim reading your info about city manager.. if he didn't use the historical numbers, why DIDN'T he,, when did he know they were wrong.. i thought the mistakes were just found....what would be the reason to not follow standard operating procedure in preparing a new budget, which normally involves historical numbers... 2 plus 2 is not equalling 4 here i believe....
