Watching national news today is like watching a Hollywood gosip show. This is an example. But, that is not the subject.
Our system (every system) has become so permissive and liberal - the "screws" have become so loose on our ethic and moral compass - that our society is falling apart at the seams.
Going to school is not just about learning
It is about practicing how to act like an adult in a world they will soon enter into.
It is about:
Getting to school on time.
Learning social skills.
Learning how to take direction.
Learning how to dress appropriately.
Learning how to respect authority.
Learning how to be bored - constructively.

We have created a world full of entitlement - disrespectful - amoral - self serving young people. The lack of logical thinking is gone. Empathy is almost null and void. ... These young people have been jiped out of knowing what accomplishment feels like. They have been robbed of knowing how to be self reliant.

I have had enough already of looking at boobs jacked up and popping out at me. Those things are everywhere. Young and old. I am no prude - cleavage is for swimwear, evening wear and it is probably appropriate at other times - but this day in - day out, please.
Ladies, please put them up. Cover them up.
Or don't. It is your message you are sending - it is a never ending free country. But, I don't think this is what the women sufferage was about. They fought for women's rights - to vote - equal pay and so forth.
.... And how can women - with a straight face scream sexual harrassment - when they are half covered???? The logic escapes me.
The little kid in the artical is going to have a long, long life. I was told that as a kid. I now know what the person that was trying to help me meant. Defiance is exhausting.
