So the next question is over the last 3 years,now that the numbers are correct, has the city of Floresville ran a deficit, lowering the city's cash reserves? In the last 3 years have we spent more than we have taken in, if so how much ?
Also while the rates may have stayed the same , has the city's property tax revenues increased due to higher appraisals over the same 3 year period ?
Finally does the issue of a rollback now come into play based on effective tax rates vis a vis revenues generated

Or is all well in the land ?
