RALPH CASTEEL WAS MARRIED TO MY NIECE, FRANCES. THEY HAVE TWO GIRLS, KARA AND ALLYSSA. MAY HE REST IN PEACE. MAY GOD ACCEPT HIM IN HIS ARMS AND GUIDE ALONG.

RALPH WAS KILLED ON HWY 123 ON jANUARY 17TH. I WONDER IF ANYBODY KNEW THAT HE HAD BEEN ON ALLERGIC MEDICATION.

I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON THOSE OIL RIGS AND OTHER VEHICLES THAT THINK THEY OWN THE ROAD. WE HAVE TO STOP SO THEY CAN TAKE THEIR SWEET OLD TIME TO GET UNTO THE ROAD. LIKE TO SLAP THE SMURK OFF THEIR FACES. AND GO TO WALMART, THAT'S ANOTHER TRIP NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY PAY HIGH RENTS AND LEAVES LOCAL PEOPLE OUT OF LUCK IN GETTING A GOOD HOUSE. WE HAD THOSE KIND OF NEIGHBORS AND FINALLY GET RID OF THEM. THEY HAD LOUD PICKUPS ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT AND EARLY MORNINGS. POLICE FINALLY PATROLLED THIS AREA UNTIL THEY FELT THEY WERE GETTING HARRASSED SO THEY MOVED OUT.
