Serious Thinker
La Vernia
January 19, 2012 3:17pm

I watched the Palin interview from Tuesday evening awhile ago. She is really not my favorite, BUT, now that I have seen the entire interview with Hannity I am beginning to make myself agree with what she did. IF for some reason there is a flaw with Gov. Romney, then we need to know now. Yes Newt CAN beat Barry in a debate, BUT how will he really RUN this country? He was something while in charge in the '90's, his Contract with America was successful, but his personal life speaks volumes. So tonight I am praying that Gov Romney really speaks out about Bain, income tax, and the fact that he is abiding by the law on the 15%. In this race, I want someone who will donate their Presidential salary to a worthwhile cause or to the IRS. Romney represents someone who has donated his public service salary to charity (probably his church). This man may want the power and the problems, but he won't be making money off the American Taxpayer. I want a President who has his own home, and will not spend all his time traveling and spending more and more money working on his re-election. We need someone who will work everyday for this Country.
Ms Gingrich reminds me of a lady who has to have a lot of "things" in her possession and could end up like a Nancy Reagan....and at this time we certainly don't need that one again. I will continue to study, listen, and watch the action and hope and pray that all the trash on each candidate is put on the table by the end of January. Then maybe they can get down to the business at hand - Running for President and the Republican nomination.
