 		 If the teacher slapped a student, you can bet it was provoked and had something to do with their homelife. I am totally dismayed and disgusted by the general lack of child rearing abilities these days. Kids are given too much, have too much time on their hands, and parents don't demand much from them. All these little children in school nowdays watch tv and get a lot of illicit and terrible ideas from it. If that child did get slapped, I'd slap him/her again when he/she got home, cause you can bet he/she deserved it. And, of course Mama and Papa are going to swear up and down their little boy/girl is an angel and didn't do anything. I do not believe a teacher will slap a child for no reason. The next thing that should happen is take the child for a drug test. Also, have the child tested for std. Something made the kid either lie about the slapping or caused the kid to provoke the slap. My money is riding on the teacher and I'd give the teacher the benefit of my doubt not the kid.
