Robert/Chopin,
Robert, I am so glad you have come to the table. We need people. One or two people trying to hold the district accountable isn't working. Chopin, wow, you have impressed all of us with your thorough investigating and writing. There are many employees willing to help if you could promise our anonymity. We have tried on many occasions to get outside help, but have run into brick walls. Every time an employee has gone to admin for help, we've been reprimanded. You have no idea how twisted it all is. Good news! We have documentation, but going through the proper channels of grievances put us at risk and we just can't. We need more people demanding answers and justice. Please, please help us! I know my post is going to disappear soon.
