Ex-Tiger CA February 5, 2012 9:26am	My wife and I love our kids very much. We will never spare our kids the rod. We teach our children self respect and self discipline as our parents taught us. Lack of self respect is the main reason troubled children are out of control. I can recall a teacher sending a letter home to my parents notifying them that my talking during the class was disrupting other students. My mother walked me to the school the next day and made me apologize and promise it would never happen again. Today when my kids receive their report cards at least one teacher will post "outstanding parental support". We will be parents even after we are gone from this earth. Our children will always remember what we teach them and will pass it on to their children. If what the student alleges is true, than the teacher was probably forced to be a parent and a teacher on that day. I understand there are a few bad teachers out there, but I'm sure there are a lot more bad students.
