And misses the main point, this petty dictator has skirted congress on every occassion he has come across. He has taken the constitution and outright stepped on it, he has said himself "unfortunately the founders of this country set it up where it is not easy for me to make the changes i want" translated, this damn constitution is preventing me from being an outright dictator, and it pisses me off.
