a thousand excuses can be made why it is alright, only one needs to be made why it is not. It skirts our constitution at best, at worst it is completely unconstitutional. Large economic changing bills such as obamacare should get a full and fair congressional approach, not ram it down the people's throat with a small majority. this bill was forced thru using every second handed trick they could conjur up...granting states waivers for a yes vote, giving states additional funds for a yes vote, and so on...slight handed and shady is a nice way to put it.
