My mind wants to divert from the political. (Another way the government distracts us away from using our own God given common sense.)

Now, we do not get upset when the church tells us what to do and that we will go straight to hell if we do not do what "they" have decided is a sin. The inference is we are too stupid to know what is best for our individual circumstances.

Now, we have the two most corrupt and most powerful entities arguing over who is the biggest boss. Laughable.
