"7th" why would I care about a nuclear power plant? We have no fault zones, tsunamis, earthquakes here to complicate the safety. I lived in Houston for many years and that is not too far from the South Texas Nuclear Power Plant at Bay City. And, after about 30 to 40 years of operation there has never been any problems that I am aware of. Out of all the hundreds of nulear power plants world wide, there has been such a small amount of problems with nuclear power that it is a moot point, I think
