"Facts only" So? I worked for an oil and gas consultant company and found out that it is tremendously expensive to drill for oil and gas. Therefore, oil companies do studies to find out the most likely place to find oil. If they can find oil quickly, that cuts cost tremendously. And, if the oil companies are only drilling on a small portion that has been offered, that would be because they have a very low probably of finding oil in the places they are not drilling. DUH! "Facts Only"....I told you that you are too too uninformed (I wanted to say STUPID, but I decided not to) to be commenting on these things...they are well above your level of knowledge and understanding. Stick to things you know...uh, like Lady Gaga maybe!
