I fail to see the difference between him having a medical problem and running the red light or him just flat out running the red light. To me it's worse. If he had a "medical problem" then he shouldn't have been driving and endangered others by doing so. Thank goodness a large vehicle hit him an not a car, which could have resulted in someone else being injured. My condolences to the family.
