Help Wanted

Water Clerk. The City of Elmendorf  has an opening for a fulltime Water Clerk. Preferred candidates should have good organizational skills and perform routine clerical duties, need to possess good communication skills in dealing with the general public. Duties include receptionist functions, water department billing, processing payments and reconciling daily receipts.  Starting pay is $13.50 per hour. High School diploma or equivalent and drug screening is required. Computer experience, cashier experience and bilingual ability is a plus. "puzzled'...if there were not a duffus or two (you) on line making uninformed comments, then Rock 'n would not be able to have nearly as much fun...kinda of like watching a French sword master fighting someone with a pocket knife (you). Puzzled you always come to the table short handed and Rock'n always shreds you up. Maybe you'll learn to do some homework before making your dumb statements.

Me? I am a working person. I probably put in 60 or 70 hours or maybe more per week. Just happens that most of my work is done on the computer and it's no problem at all making comments to these blogs.

Thought for the day: "If you are a few bricks short (you), don't start building that house until the remainder of the bricks get to the job site"
