Puzzled - I know why you are puzzled. You seem to make statements that are puzzling. First, there is no proof that Jefferson was not a Christian. Yet, you state Santorum is a religious fruitcake (which is not definition I am familiar with) and then you ask if people met President Obama to determine if Obama is religious. Puzzled, your train of thought appears to be befuddled. Based on your logic, Santorum who is espousing the Catholic Doctrine, all Catholics must be religious fruitcakes.

Depending on your concept of Christianity, a Deist (Check your spelling) could be a Christian. Jefferson was a member of the Anglican Church and attended Church quite regularly. So, it could be reasonable stated he believe in Christian doctrine. Nonetheless, he did support pay to Chaplains and other religious topics.
Further, if you are traditional Presbyterian, then you are Calvinist who believed in predestination. Maybe Rick Santorum is pre-destined to win. I hope you were pre-destined to be saved because according to Calvinism because of your “Total depravity” (look it up) you can't be saved. If God is to save anyone, God must predestine, call, or elect individuals to salvation since fallen man does not want to, and is indeed incapable of choosing God. I personally don’t believe in Calvinism or predestination, but I don’t say Presbyterians are religious fruitcakes, not Christian or deist. Of course, I am not sure why you are so wrapped around religious topics.

Finally, what right do you have to ask people whether they have jobs? As an Obama support are looking to provide more handouts? Get a life – very mature. You must be a Dumbacrat. Can’t present a good argument or debate, behave like a 1st Grader. Dumbacrats know what is best for us just like 1st Graders do.
