Kenneth Mills Round Rock, TX March 7, 2012 4:57pm	Although I did not know Vance Parks, I do know his wife Jo Ann who is my cousin. Jo Ann always was a wonderfully kind and considerate person and I just know she would have picked a really good person to marry and spend so many years with. My sympathy goes out to all the friends and family members of Vance Parks.
