Winston, you should send a copy of that comment to the Defense Appropriations Committee or whomwever might actually be deciding this issue. You're wasting your time with Alvin. He'll probably accuse you of making it all up.

Even as we speak, McCain is beating the drums to spend a few more billion dollars, (borrowed from China), to help the Islamic Caliphate Revolution, (AKA: Arab Spring), in Syria. And we know how that's all working out for us so far. How many little Irans do you want to help create, McCain?

Oh well, just cut somebody's benefits to pay for it, eh McCain? Speaking of retiring.... he's becoming a poster child for term limits.
