Ken Semlinger Poth, TX March 13, 2012 12:45pm	Once again the Obama administration ignores issues that are "res judicata". The constitutional and non-discriminatory issues were settled in 2008 by the Supreme Court of the USA in Crawford v Marion County Election Board (Indiana). Requiring photo ID, IS NOT an undue burden and IS NOT discriminatory. So you would have to ask why impeachment proceedings are not being brought against Atty General Holder. Texas should tell him to stick it.
