See the House.gov article "Obama Administration Imposes Five-Year Drilling Ban on Majority of Offshore Areas." It has nice pictures for you so you can see that President Obama has stopped over 98% of offshore drilling. http://naturalresources.house.gov/News/DocumentSingle.aspx?DocumentID=267985 Tracy, the President did Veto the keystone pipeline and at a minimum it puts us in jeopardy of the Chinese funding the pipeline further West and not South from Canada.
