This absolutely is a civil rights case. The civil rights of every legal citizen of the State of Texas. This is a 10th Amendment issue and the core case has already been decided by the Supreme Court. The Dept. of Justice will lose after spending millions of the taxpayers dollars. Our basic freedom is at stake, standing up to an out of control and racist AG. If this is not important enough to fight for nothing is.
