Well, there ya go. If you sell your soul to the devil by accepting federal funds, expect to play by their rules.

On all these unconstitutional federal mandates, the only way they can be enforced is by withholding federal funds.

So I say, just say no to federal funds with any strings attached. If it's not an enumerated power of Congress to do it, refuse to comply. Make them sue and let the Supreme Court decide.
