OK then. Why did you try to defend it? The fact is, you presented the argument, in all CAPS, about how the poor are disenfranchised by the law. The fact is, they are no more disenfranchised than anyone else. If they want to vote, they can. Nobody is stopping them.

What I find interesting, is how the State can require a person who wants to exercise another Constitutional right, the right to keep and bear arms, must not only present ID, he must get a license, get finger printed and even take an 8 hr long course AND pay $150!!!!

I believe more harm is done to the country by stupid people voting than someone carrying a concealed handgun.
