Rock'n chair Rambler Over Taxed, TX March 22, 2012 7:21am	"There is nothing like being a liar just to prove your stupid GOP garbage. " You need to re-read the article. The federal government funds the WHP through Medicaid. It provides about 90% of the costs. At least, they did. Now, in order to force Texas to change it's law against paying for abortions, the federal government is cutting off that funding. Our "idiot Gov" didn't refuse anything.
