Independents, or fence sitters, the undecided, the uninformed and uninvolved, the unconcerned until it's their ox being gored..... yeah, the group that can go either way because they care and know more about Survivor than the History channel.

The folks who pride themselves on being in the middle because choosing is soooo haaaaard, and it's not polite to have an opinion about... stuff. tee hee.

Yeah, that's who gave us Obama, people who can't see the difference between one party or the other and think they are all the same, until they wake up one morning and realize they've just sold the farm for a pile of magic beans, courtesy of the Democrap party.

Show me a determined "independent" and I'll show you someone who is afraid to admit they don't know enough to make an informed decision or even form an opinion. Or, it's someone like O'Reilly, who makes a living pretending to be fair and balanced, so he claims to be an independent, but really is just another snake oil salesman with a schtick that made him rich beyond reason.
