Rock'n chair Rambler Over Taxed, TX March 28, 2012 6:22pm	There is a way around the tax penalty. Just don't overpay your taxes and they can't withhold your return. But, that will only affect a small number of people, really. There are several pages of exemptions for all the "special people", (Obama voters). Plus, the penalty is such a small amount, those who don't get insurance and pay the penalty will still be a burden on the system, albeit a negligible one, so the whole thing is a joke. It will be struck down. Too bad the Court doesn't have the power to punish the Congress for passing it.
